Reservations are confirmed via pix, bank transfer or deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid up to the check-in date in cash, pix, bank transfer or deposit.

Once the 50% is identified, the guest will receive an email confirmation with all the information and guidelines necessary for their stay.

In case of cancellation request, the amount will be kept in the form of credit and can be used within 1 year from the moment of cancellation, or transferred to third parties, always considering the tariff in force for the rescheduling period. Except non-refundable bookings.
